This is "Module 8 – Add Tasks to Kanban in SharePoint", which is part of a series on "How to create a Kanban Board in SharePoint Linked Dynamically to Microsoft Project Task Board".


66. Now to test our solution! Let's add a new task. Navigate to My Kanban page. You will notice that you can only add a "new task" into the To Do stage of the Kanban.

 

67. Click on +new task. Then input a Task Name. Notice that the default Board Status is set to To Do.

 
68. Click on Save and the newly added task will appear within To Do
